Our incorporation package includes:

- All statutory fees payable to SSM (Normal price RM1,010)
- Five sets of certified SSM forms (Sections 14, 15, 17 and 58)
- First Board of Directors' Written Resolution
- Consent to Act as Director
- Director resolutions for opening of first two (2) bank accounts
Please note: The final approval of your company name rests solely with the Registrar of Companies (SSM). We will advise on name suitability before submission. Approval generally takes 2–3 working days after submission.
